Verses United

A few months ago I was contacted by Paul Atkinson of Pillar Box Media. He is an old bandmate from many years ago (the age of the Mullet!!) and had come across my YouTube videos. He thought the the tunes fitted the style of his new film "Verses United" The DVD features the poetry and recollections about Newcastle United Football Club from the great Geordie poet John Oliver. It’s beautifully shot around Newcastle and I was really happy to be asked to supply music for it. The DVD is out in early November and is available from the football club’s shops as well as many other outlets. As part of the "DVD extras" we shot a video for my tune "Waterfalls"
